CADILLAC -- Traverse City Central clinched at least a share of the Big North Conference title with a 4-2 win over Cadillac.

It's Central's second league crown in the last three years.

Derek Gardiner broke a 2-2 with a second-period goal assisted by Chris Archambo and Jared VanWormer with 4:54 in the second period.

Archambo added an empty-net goal with 12 seconds left in the game to ice the outcome. VanWormer and Eric Swy drew assists.

Shane Darrow scored 6:51 into the first with help from Dane Macdonell and Travis Clary.

Jimmy Morris knotted it up at 9:38, with Brock Raffaele and Will Badner picking up assists, but Kyle Ulrich briefly reinstated the Trojans' lead with a goal set up by Nick Aja and Riley Huffman 3:09 into the second frame.

Cadillac's Adam Hodges scored 23 seconds after Ulrich's goal to make it 2-2.

Cadillac (9-12, 1-7 Big North) goaltender Mike Boike made 51 saves in the loss. Hunter Kelly had eight for Central (16-6-1, 8-2).
